Walsall Hindu Forum is a non-profit organisation (A Registered Charity) representing the Hindu community in Walsall.
We organize various community events including sewa (volunteering) days, recreational and educational classes, and support women’s and youth groups. Please contact us for more information or if you would like to sponsor us, or get involved in our activities.
Our Aim
The Hindu Forum of Walsall was set up in 2001 as an umbrella organisation with the aim of bringing the Hindu community of Walsall and adjoining areas together and to empower its members to play an increasingly active role in the social, cultural and economic life of the area.
We aim to be the ‘voice’ of the community and play a full part in representing the Hindu community in all areas that affect its well-being.
We have many volunteers who regularly come to our meetings and continue to support us. We are looking for some new fresh faces for the committee, for the posts of secretary, web designer, and more – it’s a great way to give something back to the community and it always looks good on your CV/personal statement if you’re applying for jobs/university! If you are interested then be sure to contact us.
